We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Manager to join our Western Australia and Northern Territory team. The successful candidate will oversee case management and case work service for the Early Intervention Family Support Service (EIFS) and the Family Carer Support Service (FCSS).
The Senior Case Manager will add value to the program in the form of additional leadership by mentoring, supporting and providing supervision to case managers. Additionally, they will be responsible for undertaking complex case management processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and families in a trauma-informed way. They will also have a minimum of 3 years of case management experience, including the management of complex cases.
The Senior Case Manager will be a member of the Western Australia and Northern Territory team, located in the Pilbara office and will report to the Coordinator Pilbara Family Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee case management and case work service for the EIFS and FCSS
- Provide leadership and support to case managers
- Undertake complex case management processes
- Work with vulnerable children, young people, and families in a trauma-informed way
- Have a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values
