About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and healthcare workers
- Coordinating and overseeing admissions, clinical documentation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Preparing and managing budgets, and supporting cost control efforts
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A current AHPRA registration as a nurse
- Excellent clinical nursing skills and experience in aged care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proven track record in driving quality clinical outcomes
