About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC) in Rouse Hill. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements and optimizing activities and processes within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement industrial master data in various systems (GSI, SES).
  • Industrialize repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes at the ROC.
  • Develop and implement the Make or Buy strategy for new product lines.
  • Assist in evaluating the feasibility of proposed projects.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and their updates.
  • Lead internal audits and participate in external audits (Quality, industrial, 5S).
About You

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience in electronics repair and rework or similar field.
  • A sound understanding of Lean principles, 5S, AMDEC, and/or Kaizen.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or similar).
