Job Description

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Risk Management Strategy and Regulatory Affairs to drive the development and implementation of our Risk Management Framework and Strategy (RMFS).

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, risk management expertise, and regulatory knowledge to ensure effective risk governance and compliance across the organization.

  • Lead the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Cuscal's RMFS to support the achievement of our corporate objectives and compliance with industry, regulatory, and prudential standards.
  • Coordinate the implementation of strategic and emerging risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to identify and manage material risks.
  • Support the design, establishment, and ongoing review of RMFS governance structures.
  • Monitor adherence to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework and coordinate related reporting.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g., law, finance, business, audit).
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance management within the finance and banking industry.
  • A sound understanding of relevant laws and regulations, industry codes, standards, and prudential requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational risk and compliance roles, including the design and implementation of effective risk and compliance management frameworks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid work model, financial, lifestyle, health & wellbeing benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
