Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative plans to enhance the customer experience, incorporating customer feedback and market trends.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills, knowledge, and performance, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationships.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration within the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure seamless execution of company promotions, events, and visual merchandising initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a retail store manager or assistant manager, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
