Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for administering high-value head contracts and subcontracts, managing large claim assessments, and preparing, assessing, and submitting variations for both contract and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering high-value head contracts and subcontracts
  • Managing large claim assessments
  • Preparing, assessing, and submitting variations for both contract and subcontractors
  • Building effective working relationships with project managers and team members
  • Being customer-focused and building strong relationships with sub-contractors, clients, and their representatives
  • Having previous experience in, or ability to learn, Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech, and MSSuite
  • Preparing monthly project reports in conjunction with the Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in administering high-value head contracts and subcontracts
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large claim assessments
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, assess, and submit variations for both contract and subcontractors
  • Confidence in building effective working relationships with project managers and team members
  • Customer-focused with ability to build strong relationships with sub-contractors, clients, and their representatives
  • Previous experience in, or ability to learn, Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech, and MSSuite
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management an advantage
