Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and implement new menus, promotions, and events
