Program Director Opportunity

At our organization, we are revolutionizing the way people manage their health worldwide. We are partnering with a leading health insurer to launch a co-branded digital health platform, and we are seeking a Program Director in Perth to lead the charge.

This means coordinating product delivery by gathering client requirements, aligning with our team, and ensuring smooth releases. You will drive member activation through designing and promoting compelling campaigns that bring members onto the app.

We need you to boost member engagement by launching challenges, campaigns, and experiences to keep our client-members active and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving member activation through designing and promoting compelling campaigns that bring members onto the app.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in project/program management, ideally in health-tech, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with both corporate clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver activation and engagement campaigns in digital environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: structured, agile, and outcome-driven.
