Mental Health Outreach Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Outreach Professional to join our team. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote mental health services to potential new contract providers
- Provide high-quality clinical services, including initial intake, assessment, and referral, evidence-based counseling, and case management as required
- Coordinate and participate in selection, orientation, and sourcing of experienced counselors
- Compliance checking and continuous improvement activities
- Provide clinical liaison and support for contractors in private practice
- Organize training and professional development for Open Arms contract counselors
- Liaise and form partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience as a fully registered mental health clinician (Psychologist, Social Worker, Registered Nurse, or Occupational Therapist)
- Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance held and maintained while employed
- Australian Citizenship
- Competitive hourly rate + superannuation

- Full-time hours - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
