Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Participant and Provider Contact Team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise that contributes to the outcomes of the team.

You will support team members through sound advice and guidance, identify and manage quality assurance processes, and work autonomously and effectively collaborate within a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills, contribute positively to strategic planning and decision making, and maintain a professional manner in communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

You will have the capacity to work in and support a culturally sensitive and progressive disability work environment, promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of people with disability.
