This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, at our Coorparoo Store. Your new day-to-day will involve:

  • Opening and closing the store, balancing transactions, and managing administrative duties
  • Actively seeking new clients, contracts, and marketing opportunities
  • Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with queries, and conveying the range of services available from us
  • Providing information to customers about our products, including physiotherapy items, mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs, home care beds, home oxygen therapy, and more
  • Assisting with stock replenishment duties and processing orders and hire contracts
  • Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement
  • Representing us in the local community and building relationships with customers and other local businesses

ILS is an NDIS Provider, and all employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia and Workers check information, including Working with Children Checks and Police checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

• Manage store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and store appearance

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a store manager

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
