As a Disability Employment Services Coach, you will build strong relationships with clients to identify their skills and potential barriers to employment.

This rewarding role involves:

- Providing tailored support to help clients achieve their employment goals
- Ensuring timely referrals to job opportunities, vocational training, and other relevant services
- Developing and maintaining professional knowledge of disability employment services, the local labour market, and community resources.
- Offering post-placement support to employers and clients

**To succeed in this role, you'll need:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
- Self-motivation and initiative, with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Previous experience in a related field is an asset
- Strong customer service experience
