Business Analyst Role

About This Position

In this role, you'll identify, analyse, document, and deliver business requirements and processes to support digital solutions and platforms for our clients.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Units to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and deliver business process analysis initiatives.
  • Develop key relationships with Product Owners, Business Process Owners, and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Maintain oversight and governance of Digital Business Analysis, driving continuous improvement.

You'll be working on projects like customer portals, mobile apps, CRM systems, corporate websites, and customer experience products, all designed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your expertise will help drive business value through data-driven insights, efficient processes, and innovative solutions. We seek a candidate with 3+ years of Digital BA experience, Agile software delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban), and JIRA/Confluence admin skills. They should also have excellent stakeholder management and customer value focus.
