As the Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the team to facilitate the transformation of customer and business problems into solutions and for translating solutions into succinct, effective documentation so that the squad is engaged and aligned.
To be successful in this role, you will have a thorough understanding of business vision and context whilst being passionate about customer innovation.
You will possess a solid grasp of analytics, be comfortable with establishing and generating reports, defining improvements to features and processes, assisting decision-makers in gathering information to make decisions, supporting quality assurance testing for solutions, and effectively communicating how features and processes work.
You'll have:
3+ years' experience as a Digital Business Analyst
1+ year experience in, and a passion for Agile ways of working
Experience in Amadeus Reservations or other GDS Reservations systems, highly regarded
Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks and their methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, multivariate testing, process mapping, flow charting, continuous improvement, test automation, and others
Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with clear acceptance criteria
Ability to solve and lead solving of strategic problems of high complexity
Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with excellent attention to detail
Autonomy, proactivity, initiative, and a bias for yes
Solid experience establishing and executing reports in digital analytics or BI tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills
Well-rounded digital, application, infrastructure, mobile, UI, and UX knowledge
Process-driven mindset, with the ability to drive change with complex processes and systems
Understanding of legal, regulatory, and corporate stipulations, with the ability to evaluate risk and communicate using technical and business language
