**About the role**
The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving high-level analysis and working collaboratively across marketing teams' making, planning, resourcing, and delivery across a portfolio of complex initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extensive knowledge of business process design and improvement
- Experience working in customer service and technology environments
- Work with Google Marketing Platform, particularly Google Analytics 360, Analytics 4 and Data Studio.
- Leverage data and technology to deliver targeted and personalised digital media and collaborate with the website team to deliver a seamless onsite experience
- Implement and Manage digital performance media programs such as SEM, Display, Social, etc.
- Design and implement custom tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Manage and lead the detailed analysis of the business environment, processes and systems to capture business requirements to develop appropriate solutions that address business needs
- Work collaboratively across marketing teams to share insights and provide audience segmentation recommendations that inform the creative strategy for our campaigns across digital channels
- Deliver digital marketing reporting including key insights, learnings and recommendations by agreed deadlines.
- Identify and manage compliance and privacy policy formation

**About you**
- 3-4+ years experience working as a Digital Marketing Analyst
- Experience with designing and implementing Personalisation and Testing programs
- Experience working with Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Expert in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Social)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
