About the Role

TalentBay Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our pharmacy team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  2. Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement clinical programs and services that enhance patient care and outcomes, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  3. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
  4. Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a culture of quality and compliance.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate advice on their medications and health conditions.
  6. Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour.
