Senior Pharmacist

TalentBay Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our pharmacy team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement clinical programs and services that enhance patient care and outcomes, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a culture of quality and compliance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate advice on their medications and health conditions.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: 38 hours per week, with flexible roster options.
