Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at Cummins Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, completing repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products, and diagnosing and repairing Cummins engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products, adhering to strict quality and safety standards
- Diagnose and repair Cummins engines, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation, reporting any issues or incidents to the Supervisor
- Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, warranty claims, quality forms, or business system input screens
Requirements
- WA driver's licence
- Australian working rights
- Mechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Mechanic or Light Vehicle with Heavy Diesel experience
- Cummins experience is not required, but engine experience is desirable
- Safety-focused and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
