Product Quality Expert

We're seeking a seasoned Product Quality Specialist to manage and resolve quality issues, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to our operations' success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and resolve Market Quality Reports and Dealer Quality Reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication on technical matters.
  • Participate in Help Desk management on a rotational basis.
  • Deliver engaging Quality Run Throughs for both internal teams and dealers.
  • Promptly address quality defects reported within the Argus system through Market Quality Reports and Argus.
  • Provide technical support to dealers/importers and field personnel, enhancing their knowledge.
  • Investigate warranty data through rigorous quality analytics, resolving quality defect cases logged by dealers within Argus.
Requirements:
  • Technical qualifications in a mechanical or relevant trade.
  • Professional experience in the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Strong analytical and evaluating skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving and presentation skills.
