Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dedicated team in Brisbane, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, implementing and maintaining our quality management system, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical support for the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system
  • Control of product quality and process audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Development and maintenance of inspection reports
  • Support for production problem-solving analysis
  • Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards
  • Audit of processes periodically according to Production Basics
  • Responsible for monitoring scrap reduction and following up on Rapid Problem Solving
  • Support for follow-up actions of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • Calibration and maintenance of test equipment
  • Reporting quality anomalies and identifying containment actions
  • Collation of test data and drafting of quality reports
  • Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes

Requirements include:

  • Expertise in Continuous Improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of quality tools (monitoring plans, quality system, etc)
