Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management System Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards) to safeguard product integrity.
  • Process Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of production sites worldwide to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with local and international food safety regulations, customer specifications, and internal quality protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing training and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
  • Audit and Improvement: Perform internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
