Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of innovative strategies to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to implement data-driven enhancements to transform our performance marketing campaigns, particularly in email marketing and paid media.
  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyse user behaviour, website performance, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimise conversion rates through A/B testing and creative optimisation using performance best practices.
  • Continuously monitor key metrics like CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and effective.
  • Develop and optimise data-driven email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop touch point communications to enhance conversion.
  • Build email campaigns using segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
  • Collaborate with the data team to leverage data and insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within B2B lead generation environments (in-house experience or end-to-end client management experience preferred).
  • Ability to successfully manage and optimise Google and Facebook Ads.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Segment, and Salesforce CRM would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and a high attention to detail.
