Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Business Growth Specialist to work out of our Hunter Valley Mining Solution Centre in Mount Thorley.

The Opportunity:

  • Regular travel to customer locations, position yourself as a trusted advisor to facilitate the growth of the business by engaging with customers at both an operational and strategic level.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities and needs of customers, acquire new customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements.
  • Work closely with existing customers in forecasting, identifying solutions, and increasing business.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge, work closely with technical product support.
  • Ensure our service solution meets the needs of clients.

About You - Essential:

  • Demonstrated account management and business development experience, including a professional presence and proven experience partnering with customers.
  • Prepared to make sales and complete follow-up documentation, with exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders, with data analysis and manipulation skills to present meaningful insights.
  • Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others, with a valid driving licence and current work rights in Australia.
