Job Summary

The role of a Data Analyst is critical to our mission of maintaining the integrity of the financial system and protecting consumers from harm.

Duties
  • Deliver actionable intelligence to enforcement and regulatory teams by analyzing complex data and applying legislation and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough searches across various intelligence sources, meeting strict timeframes and ensuring compliance with national policies and privacy requirements.
  • Analyze and summarize data into accurate, insightful reports that support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to access confidential information under existing agreements, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Provide expert advice on handling sensitive intelligence and information management, leveraging knowledge and expertise to drive positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all searches, ensuring seamless reporting and audit processes.
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in law enforcement, legal, accounting, financial services, or government.
  • A genuine interest in analyzing complex data and applying legislation and procedures to deliver insights.
  • Proficiency in using multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office and databases, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of problem-solving and analytical abilities.
