Key Role Summary

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a retail strategy that enhances customer experiences and drives sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric retail strategy that boosts sales and improves operational efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing retail team, inspiring and developing them to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life in-store, creating immersive and engaging customer experiences.
  • Ensure seamless execution of retail standards, product management, and brand campaigns, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Design and implement customer experience strategies to foster loyalty, engagement, and sales growth, driving business success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-site retail operations at a National Manager or equivalent level, demonstrating strategic leadership and operational expertise.
  • A natural leader with a passion for inspiring and developing people, building strong succession pipelines, and driving business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen – able to think strategically, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities, ensuring business profitability and sustainability.
  • Experience driving operational excellence, from financial performance to stock and workforce management, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced costs.
