**Job Title:** Production Director

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to oversee the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production team members to enhance performance and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Budget Management: Optimize efficiency by effectively managing resources.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Process Optimisation: Analyze and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the production process.

About You:

  • You should have 5+ years in Production Management, preferably in dairy manufacturing.
  • You need a strong foundation in Manufacturing, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or Business Management.
  • You must be technically proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams is essential.
