Job Overview

Manage hospital operations to deliver high-quality patient care.

The job requires working in a healthcare facility abroad (not in India).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage hospital administrators to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement short-, medium- and long-term goals for the medical facility.
  • Oversee the finances of the hospital, including budgeting and revenue monitoring.
  • Streamline operational procedures to provide patients with the best care.
  • Develop new policies for the hospital to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with various government policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage insurance reimbursement for patients by ensuring tie-ups with insurance providers.
  • Ensure the security and safety of patient healthcare records and other facility data.
