Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver complex application development projects across multiple domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering new functional solutions, providing ongoing operational support for ICT solutions, and ensuring adherence to project constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of systems and software to solve business problems.
  • Lead and deliver complex application development projects that align with organizational strategic objectives.

  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to project constraints including time, scope, and budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal TOGAF Certification is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of frameworks, legislation, policies, procedures, and information management requirements relevant to nominated domains.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Substantial experience in architecture design, particularly within the context of large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Data governance, privacy laws, and other pertinent policies that impact solution delivery.
