Business Transformation Lead

The organization seeks an experienced professional to lead the implementation of a standardized change management process across IT services, aligned to industry best practices.
This key role will oversee all changes in a controlled manner, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and plans. Key responsibilities include:
- Convening and chairing internal CABs, including emergency meetings
- Participating in client-convened CABs
- Evaluating RFCs for impact and categorization
- Ensuring adequate testing, signoff, and back-out plans for all changes
- Collaborating with change initiators to rectify non-compliant RFCs
- Managing the forward schedule of changes to ensure timely completion
- Reviewing and authorizing RFC records
- Maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized changes
- Providing regular reporting on change management metrics to stakeholders
- Documenting RFCs in service management tools
- Resolving conflicts in the forward schedule through negotiation and issue escalation
- Overseeing risk assessments and mitigation strategies for all changes
- Tracking and managing issues on assigned accounts
