Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma of Disability or equivalent qualification.">
  • Have 6 months' experience delivering or coordinating personal care and services.">
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Have a current First Aid/CPR certificate and a valid driver's license.">
  • Ability to implement positive behaviour support strategies and awareness of person-centred active support.">

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.">
  • Certification or experience in bowel care.">
  • Certification or experience in medication administration.">
  • Experience working with individuals requiring manual handling.">
