Qualifications & experience:

  • Current Drivers License.
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health/Disability or equally relevant experience.
  • Empathy, kindness, excellent communication skills.
  • First Aid certificate.
  • Working with Vulnerable People registration.
  • Motor vehicle with Comprehensive insurance.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
  • Emotional and practical support for our clients.
  • Assisting daily living skill development.
  • Network building and maintenance support.
  • Household and domestic duties such as meal preparation.
  • High-quality record-keeping including formal reporting.
  • Implementation of individualised support plans.
  • Flexibility for various shifts.
