• Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment ensuring efficient workflow

• Collaborate with the culinary team to execute menu items with precision and consistency

• Embrace a commitment to continuous learning staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working in a busy high-end kitchen

• Confidence to share culinary skills with junior kitchen team members

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset

• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
