Sourcing Specialist – Procurement Expertise
Job Description:Troocoo is partnering with a trusted organisation to recruit experienced procurement professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive sourcing activities across various categories and project-based procurement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and drive supplier performance enhancements.
- Support negotiation and contracting processes alongside legal and commercial stakeholders.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS to understand and meet procurement needs.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and procurement frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement or similar purchasing roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
