About the Role

Netwealth is seeking a skilled Chief Digital Experience Director to lead its Product Design function, focusing on building high-performing teams and driving creative direction for software products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and scale a talented team of Product Designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.
  • Ensure software is intuitive, seamless, and allows users to easily achieve their goals.

About You:

  • A strong, collaborative leader with extensive experience in software design, team building, and leadership.
  • A proven track record in senior product design roles, ideally with experience leading teams in product-led organisations.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design processes, interaction design, visual design, and UX research.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex software products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to various stakeholders.
