Project Coordinator Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the coordination and delivery of new store fit-outs, projects, and business initiatives. As a key member of our Real Estate & Store Development team, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring each project to life on time, to specification, and ready for full operation.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end store projects including openings, refurbishments, relocations, closures, rebrands, and acquisitions. Your skills in managing project timelines and communications will ensure that all stakeholders receive timely updates and information.

As a team player, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to organise store infrastructure, equipment, services, and digital tools required for operational readiness. Your experience in maintaining accurate store data in systems such as SAP will be essential in ensuring up-to-date location, trading hours, and operational details.

You will develop and update documentation and manuals, including store information packs, renovation/closure guides, and brand-specific store manuals. Additionally, you will manage project-related admin and compliance, track and report on performance metrics, and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements
  • Previous experience (2 years or more) in a Project Coordinator or comparable role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and support where needed.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a confident, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
