About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to lead our team at the Bonds Green Hills Store.
This is a Full-time position working 38 hours a week across a Sunday-Thursday roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections
- Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
- Previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store
- Manage high stock volumes; happy to get your hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required
