About the Role:
- Understanding of medical terminology, organisations, and relevant stakeholders is essential
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills are required
- Familiarity with the Medicare Benefits Schedule is necessary
- Experience with medical practice software is an advantage
- CPR training completed within the last three years is mandatory
