About this Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead our paid media and digital marketing strategy, creating campaigns that attract new guests, build meaningful connections, and deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate seasonal priorities and commercial goals into a full-funnel paid media and digital marketing strategy to drive engagement and sales.
  • Develop and execute integrated paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms to enhance brand presence and reach.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI, enhance brand equity, and achieve ambitious growth targets through data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with deep paid media expertise to drive campaign success.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google and Meta campaign management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4, analytics, and data interpretation to inform strategic decisions.
