Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing the demand for all wells-related inventory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the stock of critical and operational spares needed for ABU Wells Operations. This includes ensuring the management of all wells materials stored at various locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring JDE visibility of quantity and storage location of all inventories owned by Wells, including OCTG, Large OD tubulars, and shoe-tracks.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Business Partners to review all wells equipment line items.
  • Acting as the primary contact and guide for Wells personnel.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Materials Coordination preferably in wells.
  • Data analytics using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of JDE and materials management procedures.
  • Broad understanding of logistical and materials planning processes.
