Job Title: Community Care Professional

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a Community Care Professional, you will provide support and services to enable individuals to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and household management
  • Provide transportation and accompany individuals on outings
  • Support with medication management and administration
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and community inclusion
Requirements:
  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support or related field
  • At least one year experience working in disability support
  • Current NDIS clearance, First Aid certification and National police clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
