The RoleYou will play a pivotal role in driving franchise growth, focusing on proactive lead generation, prospect qualification, and successful franchisee conversion. You will work closely with our established network, providing support and guidance to help them succeed in a competitive market.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has experience in mortgage broking or sales management, with a solid understanding of the mortgage broker/finance industry.
- Has exceptional communication skills, able to engage and inspire individuals at all levels.
- Is a strategic thinker with excellent planning, execution, and review skills.
- Has high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management expertise.
