About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success professional to join our team at Keegan Adams. As the first point of contact for corporate clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and accurately through phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage escalations and manage customer issues.
- Approve orders and process payment refund requests.
- Deliver detailed product information and support to customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within a high-speed environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, polite phone manner and excellent written English skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries.
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
