Student Engagement Advisor

ACAP, The Australian College of Applied Professions, is a leading provider of tertiary education, delivering accredited courses in various fields.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Engagement Advisor to join our team on a 3-month contract. This role involves maintaining a positive presence in our main foyer, assisting with tutor or student enquiries, and supporting daily student queries across various service channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, excellent attention to detail, and high-level accuracy in administrative activities. They will also be able to work as part of a team, be flexible, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with inbound queries across various service channels
  • Processing administrative tasks and data entry
  • Providing customer service at the main reception desk
  • Communicating with students via email

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in administrative activities
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including advanced MS Office suite and ideally student records software
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible and adaptable
  • Ideal experience in a tertiary education environment
