">Job Description
">- We're seeking a talented Graduate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney.
Your Responsibilities:
">- You will participate in a five-week international traineeship in one of our global offices, gaining valuable insights into our business operations and working alongside world-class engineers and traders.
- You will focus on enhancing your knowledge of development cycles, programming languages, and technologies through a combination of in-house courses and trading simulations.
- You will collaborate with traders and other engineers to bring our trading strategies and platform to the next level.
- You will have continuous opportunities to learn new technologies and programming languages in our fast-paced environment.
- You will develop, maintain, and improve trading models, algorithms, and systems.
- You will assume real responsibility from day one and make decisions that directly impact company profits.
About You
">- You possess a strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study with a minimum Distinction average, or equivalent.
- You have strong analytical skills and a desire to solve complicated problems programmatically.
- You have a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- You are proficient in a programming language (Java or C++ preferred).
- You are willing to interact and work closely with Traders and Engineers in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
