Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our ICT services and enterprise technology in complex environments.

  • Drive digital transformation through strategic direction and leadership.
  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps to support organisational priorities.
  • Provide specialist advice on enterprise architecture to influence ICT planning and investment decisions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

You will be responsible for leading and advocating for business and system reform in a large, complex organisation. You will also ensure that ICT services and solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned to organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive digital transformation through strategic direction and leadership.
  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps to support organisational priorities.
  • Provide specialist advice on enterprise architecture to influence ICT planning and investment decisions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in driving digital transformation in complex organisations, with a strong understanding of public sector operations, ideally within healthcare.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in enterprise architecture/design in large, complex organisations.
  • Strong expertise in delivering ICT solutions in a service provider or commercially focused environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate with influence and facilitate open, transparent engagement.
  • Experience developing and managing architectural strategies, principles, and roadmaps.
  • A strong understanding of public sector operations, ideally within healthcare.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive digital transformation.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
