Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Leader

This position is a key part of driving strategic initiatives across the organization. As an Enterprise Architecture Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering customer consistency while innovating and scaling efficiently.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in designing and building enterprise software. Your prior experience with similar projects will be advantageous. A proven ability to architect, engineer & deliver business reuse frameworks/software components in an enterprise environment will be highly valued.

  • You will define and lead enterprise architecture initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture with functional, technical and non-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential.
  • Leading by example and guiding teams through change, including direct leadership and mentoring, is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to clearly present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, are necessary.
Requirements
  • Deep vendor-side experience in designing and building enterprise software.
  • Prior experience with similar development projects are advantageous.
  • A proven ability to architect, engineer & deliver business reuse framework/software components in an enterprise software environment, adopted across various products areas.
  • The ability to define and lead enterprise architecture initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture with functional, technical and non-functional teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Leading by example and guiding teams through change, including direct leadership and mentoring.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and qualitative and quantitative problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to clearly present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements including security, scalability, and performance.
