Our client has recently embarked on a multi-year transformation, seeking experienced professionals to help shape the architecture of their core business systems. As a key member of this project, you will play a crucial role in defining the roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies that align with the organisation's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Solutions Architect, conducting options analysis to support RFP preparation for large-scale system replacements with dependencies across HRIS, CRM, ERP, and other business systems. For the CRM stream, prior experience within financial services or insurance is highly desirable.

This mid-senior level contract position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with business and technology stakeholders, aligning solutions with operating model changes and long-term organisational needs. You will also contribute to RFP preparation and evaluation, supporting the move towards vendor selection and options analysis.

Key responsibilities include assessing existing systems, designing future-state models, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to enable scalable, modernised platforms. You will also provide architectural oversight across all phases, ensuring solutions integrate with the wider transformation and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with operating model changes and long-term organisational needs.

This is a mid-senior level contract position, requiring a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices. You will be responsible for shaping the architecture direction for either the CRM or HR/Finance systems, defining roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies that align with enterprise strategy.
