Senior Project Engagement Advisor
Job Description:As a Senior Project Engagement Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping strategic communications for infrastructure delivery in North Queensland. You will influence decisions, provide expert advice, and help shape the growth of our Customer and Stakeholder Management team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the region's development. You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams, ministerial staff, government representatives, community organisations, and key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on issues management, stakeholder engagement, and risk assessment.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the growth of our Customer and Stakeholder Management team.
- Develop and implement communication strategies for high-risk infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate community consultations, road openings, media events, and other activities to support QTRIP delivery.
- Monitor regional projects to identify emerging trends and communication risks.
A degree in communications, public relations, journalism or marketing would be highly desirable. The preferred candidate will have proven experience in communications, PR, or related field, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong leadership and team management abilities.
