This is a permanent position requiring onsite full-time work, where you will be at the forefront of creating a welcoming atmosphere for team members and guests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reception Management: Maintain a high standard of presentation on a daily basis, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and stocked with supplies as needed
  • Onboarding: Manage the office onboarding process for new starters, coordinating with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth start
  • First Impressions: Present a professional image to all visitors, managing the Visitor Management System (VMS) as required
  • Reporting: Analyze key trends and themes using ServiceNow to support team members and leaders
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure visitors and new starters are compliant in their safety induction on arrival
  • Experience Projects: Support/lead key initiatives/projects, including employee journeys and milestone celebrations

About You:

  • At least 3 years customer service experience is needed for this role, along with exceptional customer service and business partnering skills
  • Experience using ServiceNow, SAP system and RSA certificate is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required
