Commercial Officer Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Officer. As a key member of our Finance and Governance Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by managing a variety of contracts and projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice across a wide range of contracts and customer relationships.
  • Identify and address potential contractual and commercial issues, ensuring optimal performance and minimising risk exposure.
  • Oversee your workload and ensure deadlines are met through effective planning and reporting activities.
  • Work closely with Contract and Project Managers to assess and manage commercial risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Supply, Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • Significant commercial and contractual administration experience.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
