Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to visitors and building occupants, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support the Parliament Shop by promoting products, undertaking point-of-sale transactions, and gift wrapping.
- Understand and support the strategic direction of the Parliamentary Engagement Branch, and specifically for the E-Commerce and Product Development section.
- Participate in learning and professional development programs to enrich your knowledge and develop skills.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as required by the management team, aligning to work level standards.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current working with vulnerable people card and Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance.
- A competitive salary range of $56,928.00 to $65,136.00 per annum.
